Our Story
Atlanta’s Network of Young Arab Americans was founded in 2013 by an Arab-American professional who grew up in the Middle East. When she moved to Atlanta, she found Arab-Americans with similar backgrounds to her, but the existing organizations did not cater to their interests as college students and young professionals. Thus, ANYAA was created.
As a “home away from home” for Arab-Americans in Atlanta, ANYAA holds social events and fundraisers and organizes volunteer opportunities for members throughout the city. Our non-political, non-religious organization also serves to help its members build a network, start friendships, and become a family.
